The 7 Chakras are the energy centres in our body in which energy flows through.
The word 'chakra' is derived from the sanskrit word meaning 'wheel'. Literally translated from the Hindi it means 'Wheel of spinning Energy'.
A chakra is like a whirling, vortex-like, powerhouse of energy.
You can think of chakras as invisible, rechargeable batteries.
The seven chakras are connected to different glands and organs in the body and are responsible for uniform distribution of “Chi” (also called “Qi” or Praana or life energy) through them.
When there is a disruption in this life energy or a blockage in any one or more Chakras, the individual may suffer from health or mental issues.

This program provides 30 hours of training in CHAKRA THERAPY, (7 ENERGY CENTRE) along with POALRITY THERAPY (24 BODY POINTS).
Participants will work in groups of 2 giving and receiving therapies. An additional 10 hours will be required outside of the workshop to complete certification. Chakra and Polarity Therapist is a specialist who works with energies and other therapies which are individualised to the nature of the person and nature of any imbalances that are present. Therapies are a significant part of the healing process in holistic medicine and are becoming popular in clinics and health spas around the world.Due to required proactive following the program, students are credited with 45 hours of study. Participants will work in groups of three giving and receiving therapies. This program is a Specialist certification.
